- Raise and report concerns
- Identify and share solutions and ideas
- Foster respect and inclusion around caregivers with distinct backgrounds
- Build an inclusive culture of high performance that is focused on Sinai Chicago's values: Quality, Safety, Teamwork, Respect, and Integrity
- Position Sinai Chicago as a destination of choice for employment and healthcare
- Equip caregivers with cultural competency knowledge to best serve our customers and patients
